It has been a slow last quarter 2009, however I expect things to start rolling again, we are all tired of hearing complaints about the economy. It is time to move on, the cycle is fading and we have to believe in that.
We have to believe that America has to start up again but this time we have to commit ourselves to do it better, to do it right.
Indeed, we all are optimistic about the economy and know things are going to pick up soon, I can feel it already.
ReplyDeleteFolks already are acting with a positive attitude, they do not want to accept we still on a recession.
It's all about how we react to things that determines the local economy.
1st 15 days of the new decade has past and I have seen some projects in the beginning phase and that is conforting since the last 2 months of last year things just went inactive.
ReplyDeleteFeeling good about the anouncement of our president in regards to a bailout for small business, kind of a cash incentive in order to boost new jobs and create more business. Yeah, I do not see another way to jump start the economy and get us out of this hole.

ReplyDeleteIt is known and experienced to me in my years in the industry the often case of the owner who wants to remodel or add to their homes on a very tight buget. Finally, rather than cut back the size of the project they decide to terminate our relationship and go with a builder whose prior experience as a builder has been entirely as a painter who agrees to give them what they wanted for 15% less than I would have charged.
Result: The builder leaving the client with a partially built house.

Marketing campaign is out of the web, results worst than expected, there is a lot of uncertainty out there and I don't mean to be pesimist but for you to be placed in the first page of google, yahoo and with a traffic of about 30 clicks per day average and not receiving one call in 3 weeks- sucks...next-

ReplyDeleteEnd of july of 2010, jobs starting to pick up, folks out there dont want to accept the depression, we know this is going to be like that for a while but things got to move on.. right, all you hear is complains but you go to the shopping and is full of people, I guess for some folks the ones that were living within their means the recession has not affected them. In times like this is when you realize that it is worth to wait for the right time to have the things that we want and just have the things that we really need.
